Columbine Summer Youth Camp: July 15 - 18, 2024
This four-day camp is for any wrestler from any school or club. Grades 1st - 9th.
Wrestling experience is not required, this camp is designed to promote the sport of wrestling at the youth level.
Columbine High School & Youth Coaches will be demonstrating techniques geared towards folkstyle fundamentals. Great opportunity for wrestlers of all levels to learn and strengthen their knowledge, skills and abilities. All while participating in drills, live wrestling & games!

Camp Clinician: Katherine Shai
Katherine Shai is a technical and mental performance coach for athletes all over the country who resides in Denver, CO. She has a passion to change the landscape of how athletes train and how coaches coach. Her unique perspective on combat sports makes her a top requested clinician. Throughout her long career she was ranked top 10 in the world, a multi-time international medalist, and a 7X Team USA National Team member.
Accolades: 7X Team USA National Team, 2X Olympic alternate, University World Champion, Senior National Champion, 2X College National Champion.
